What we collect, and why
When you fill in our enquiry form we collect the details you choose to share: typically your name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it), the services you’re interested in, your budget and timeline, and the brief you write. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to work out whether we’re the right fit for your project.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a genuine business enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Who handles it on our behalf
We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing. A small number of trusted providers process it so we can run the site and reply to you:
- Resend: delivers the enquiry email to our inbox.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and helps protect the form from spam and abuse.
Each only processes your data to provide their service to us, under their own data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we’re in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Email info@adstract.co.uk and we’ll sort it out. If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
