Your brand, built with intent.
Anyone can sell you a logo. We build the system around it: strategy, identity, colour, type and voice, considered from every angle and documented so it holds up long after handover.

Position before pixels.
Every brand we build starts with questions, not sketches. Who you serve, what they actually pay for, where your competitors crowd together, and the gap only you can hold. The answers become a written positioning brief, and every decision that follows is tested against it.
- Who is it for?
- Why you?
- What do they pay for?
- Premium or approachable?
- Where do rivals crowd?
- What already works?
- What has to change?
- How should it sound?

A mark that earns its place.
The logo is the smallest part of a brand and the hardest working. We design marks that survive every context they will ever meet: 24 pixels in a browser tab, embroidered on a uniform, ten feet wide on a fascia. Then we set the rules that keep them sharp.
- Clear space ≥ 1× mark height
- Corner radius ≈ 22%
- Minimum size 24px / 8mm
- Never stretched, skewed or recoloured
- Logo suite
- Lockups & variants
- Clear space & sizing
- Usage rules
Colour, with restraint.
A palette is a set of decisions, not decoration. One canvas, disciplined neutrals and a single accent that earns its moments, all checked for contrast and accessibility before anything ships.

- Ink Black Darkest surfaces #0D0F12

One emphasised word or one key element per layout. Run the gradient everywhere and it stops meaning anything.
Two typefaces, one voice.
Type does most of a brand’s talking. We pair a workhorse with a flourish and define exactly when each one speaks, so every heading, label and paragraph feels like it came from the same hand.

One italic word. Never the whole headline.
A system, not a set of files.
The real test of a brand is Tuesday morning: a business card, an invoice, a social post, an email signature. We design the system to survive contact with the real world, then document it in guidelines your whole team can actually use.

That’s the system. Here’s everything that goes into one.
Everything a brand needs.
-
Brand strategy & positioning
Workshops, market research and competitor analysis distilled into a written brief: who you serve, what you stand for and why anyone should care.
-
Naming
Names shortlisted against your positioning, checked for domain and practical trademark clashes, and tested across real applications before you commit.
-
Logo & visual identity
A mark built to work everywhere, with the full suite around it: lockups, variants, clear space and sizing for print and screen, light and dark.
-
Colour & typography systems
Palettes and type pairings chosen for character and checked for accessibility, with the hierarchy rules that keep every layout consistent.
-
Tone of voice & messaging
How your brand sounds: voice principles, key messages and worked examples, so the copy stays yours whoever writes it.
-
Brand guidelines
The whole system documented properly: rules, examples and do-nots in a format your team and suppliers will actually open.
-
Rebrands & refreshes
Sometimes the equity is worth keeping. We tell you honestly whether you need a rebuild or a tighten-up, then keep what works and fix what doesn’t.
-
Collateral & rollout
Stationery, signage, vehicle livery, packaging, social templates and pitch decks, applied by the same team that designed the identity.
Four steps, no guesswork.
Most identity projects run four to eight weeks from kick-off to handover.
Every brand, its own palette.
No house style, no templates. Each identity is built from its own research, which is why no two of these look alike.
-
NOUMI DigitalA confident corporate identity that supports the partnerships side of the business, alongside a cleanup and brand guidelines for the consumer app, two coherent expressions of the same NOUMI, tuned to the two audiences.
-
SynapxSynapx's identity evolved alongside the business: a tighter, more confident expression of the original mark, with the typographic and motion system to match a consultancy that now competes with the biggest names in the Power Platform space.
-
V2 ClassicA restrained, monochrome-leaning identity: confident and tailored, designed to sit naturally alongside premium formalwear without feeling overdressed or overstated.
-
The Spice FactoryA considered brand surface for an established heritage business, paired with photography and copy that gives every product its own moment, rather than a generic supplier-style catalogue.

Don’t just take our word for it.
Brand systems only earn their keep once they’re out in the world. Here’s what the businesses we’ve built them for have to say.
- via Clutch★★★★★
Their dedication, creativity, and professionalism have exceeded all our expectations.
They've supported us with branding, web design, web development, hosting, and graphic design, and the results have been incredible. Since launching our new website we've seen a huge increase in traffic and a significant rise in online donations. They generously donated their time, travelled over two hours to Sheffield to meet us in person, and feel like part of the As-Salaam family.

They are so hands on and really take the time to understand our business goals and needs to tailor the solution for us.
We approached Adstract for a bespoke e-commerce website and branding: they came up with the name and a fantastic, scalable logo, and built the whole site in WordPress for SEO and flexibility. They've gone above and beyond to find ways to automate our processes. The site is already generating revenue, brand authority is climbing month on month, and they care about generating actual results, not just ticking the task box.

Both the service and end product provided by Adstract are second to none!
We introduced them to a brief for full branding and a web page for our motor trade company. Without delay, they took our ideas and vastly improved upon them, and the end result was far beyond our initial expectations. The team are knowledgeable, transparent, flexible, and responsive. They had skills hard to find among competitors and went above and beyond throughout.

My go-to marketing agency across every one of my businesses for the past three years.
Adstract have been my go-to marketing agency for the past three years, across all of my businesses and ventures. From design to strategy to websites and media production, they can handle it all, and they do a really good job.
- via Clutch★★★★★
They're brilliant from a project management standpoint as we've always nurtured a good working relationship with them.
Our previous website was tired and weary. Adstract made the UX much more streamlined. We've seen a significant increase in submission forms and sales thanks to the fluidity of communication and process. They're highly responsive and easy to get hold of, whether by phone, email, or Zoom.

Very helpful and good quality. Good communication too.
Adstract delivered the logo and branding for our chauffeur company exactly to brief: considered, premium, and clear from the first conversation through to the final assets. Would recommend.
Asked, answered.
The practical stuff: process, cost, timelines and what you actually walk away with. If your question isn’t covered here, ask us directly and you’ll get the same straight answer.
What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is one mark. A brand identity is the full system around it: colour, typography, tone of voice, imagery and the rules for using them together. We design the system, because a logo on its own cannot keep fifty touchpoints consistent.
How long does a branding project take?
Most identity projects run four to eight weeks from kick-off to handover, depending on scope. A focused logo refresh can be quicker; a full rebrand with naming, guidelines and collateral takes longer. You get a clear timeline before we start.
How much does branding cost?
It depends on scope: a logo suite with core guidelines sits at a different level to a full identity with naming, tone of voice and rollout collateral. We scope it properly on a short discovery call and quote a fixed price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
We already have a logo. Can you work with it?
Yes. Plenty of our projects are refreshes rather than rebrands. We keep the equity in your existing mark and rebuild the system around it, tightening colour, type and usage so everything feels intentional again.
What do we actually receive at the end?
Every logo format you will ever need for print and screen, your colour and typography systems, brand guidelines, and ready-to-use assets such as social templates, stationery and email signatures. Files arrive organised and properly named, so any supplier can pick them up.
Do you handle naming?
Yes. Naming sits in the strategy phase: we shortlist names against your positioning, check domain availability and practical trademark clashes, and test how each candidate holds up across real applications before you decide.
Will you apply the brand for us afterwards?
If you want us to. As a full-service agency we roll identities out across websites, social media, print, packaging, signage and advertising, and the same team that designed the brand applies it, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Now imagine yours.
