A women's health brand that feels closer to hospitality than a clinic.

The challenge

Heal Women's Clinic is a private, specialist women's health practice. Their patients are at the most considered, most personal end of the buyer journey, and the brand and website had to reflect that. Anything that felt too corporate, too clinical, or too templated would put the wrong people off.

Our approach

We led with brand: a soft, considered identity that felt closer to a hospitality brand than a healthcare one, and brought it into a custom website designed around the patient journey. We supported the launch with a one-off photoshoot for social and a set of print leaflets the team could hand out in-clinic.

A custom-designed website built around the patient: easy navigation between conditions, services, and the practitioners themselves, with the calm, reassuring tone the audience expects.

A one-off launch shoot for social so the team had a library of on-brand imagery from day one, without the cost of an ongoing photography retainer.

Graphic design

Considered, on-brand graphic work.
