One platform, two audiences, rebuilt to land partnerships in new markets.
NOUMI had moved out of the initial startup phase into something more ambitious, a B2B-and-consumer NFC loyalty platform that needed to look credible enough to land enterprise partnerships in new global markets, while the consumer app itself needed a full rethink. The brand and digital had to scale to match that ambition.
We treated it as two parallel projects: a corporate rebrand and a new corporate website on one side, a brand cleanup and a complete app redesign and re-architecture on the other. On top of that, ongoing photography, video, graphic design, and LinkedIn management to keep the brand visible in the markets it was expanding into.

A constant stream of brand collateral as NOUMI scaled: custom t-shirts, leaflets, booklets, posters, point-of-sale material, in-app banners, every touchpoint working from the same brand system.
