The practical stuff: budgets, fees, timelines and who owns what. If your question is not covered here, ask us directly and you will get the same straight answer.

How much do I need to spend on ads?

Enough to buy meaningful data in your market, and no more. Click costs vary hugely between industries, so we research yours and recommend a starting budget with a break-even forecast attached. There is no minimum spend invented to justify a fee, and if your budget genuinely cannot compete, we will tell you before you spend it.

How quickly will I see results?

Traffic arrives the day campaigns go live, but profitable performance takes longer. The first few weeks buy data while bid strategies learn and we make quick corrections. Most accounts find their rhythm within two to three months, and performance keeps compounding from there because the optimisation never stops.

Should I run Google Ads or Meta ads?

They do different jobs. Google captures demand that already exists: people searching for what you sell right now. Meta creates demand by putting the right creative in front of the right people before they search. Which one leads, and whether both earn a place, depends on your product, margins and market. The research phase answers that properly.

Who owns the ad account?

You do, always. Accounts are set up in your name, on your billing, and you keep admin access with full visibility of everything we do. If we ever part ways, the account, its data and everything we built stay with you. We think any agency that keeps the account hostage is telling you something.

What do your fees look like?

A transparent management fee, scoped to the work and agreed up front. Your media budget goes to the platforms untouched: we never take a hidden margin on spend, and you see the real figures in the account rather than a marked-up invoice.

Do you write the ads and make the creative?

Yes, all of it. Ad copy, graphics, product feeds and video are produced in-house by the same team that handles branding and design, so the ads look and sound like your business rather than a template. Creative is tested and refreshed continuously, because ad fatigue is real and it is expensive.

Do I need new landing pages?

Not always. We audit your existing pages first, and if they can convert the traffic, we use them. Where a page is slow, generic or leaking enquiries, we will show you the numbers and can design and build focused landing pages in-house, since web design is what we do all day as well.

How do you report on performance?

Monthly, in plain English. You see what was spent, what came back in leads or revenue, cost per enquiry, what we changed and why, and the plan for the month ahead. The numbers come straight from the account and your analytics, and you have live access to both at any time.
