Digital that generates the leads, and the software to actually handle them.

The challenge

LITS provide translation and interpretation services in the legal sector, with around 500 linguists on retainer. Their old website was tired, generating a couple of leads a month at best, and the internal process for matching linguists to clients was manual. They needed digital + an operational uplift.

Our approach

We refreshed the logo, rebuilt the website from scratch with dedicated location and language pages, layered in a serious SEO programme, ran Google Ads tuned tightly to legal-translation buyers, and started building a custom internal app for managing linguists and clients, so the leads we generate flow straight into the operation.

Branding

The brand system.

A logo refresh that updated LITS without losing what their existing client base recognised: tighter, more confident, and ready for the wider digital surface we built around it.

Website

The website rebuild.

A complete website rebuild with the layered structure SEO actually needs: service pages, location pages for every catchment, and individual language pages that capture the long-tail search demand legal translation generates.

  • Rebuilt Full from-scratch website
  • Many Location + language landing pages
  • Lead-led Designed around the legal buyer
Development

Bespoke systems, built to fit.

A custom internal app (currently in development) that manages the linguist roster, client work, and the leads that come in from the website. The aim: a single operational platform instead of email + spreadsheets.

  • Linguist management

A directory of LITS' linguists on retainer with availability, specialism, and language pairs, ready to match against incoming jobs.

    • Internal app
    • Operations
  • Client + lead management

Inbound leads from the website land directly into the app, alongside ongoing client jobs: one place for the team to manage the operation.

    • Lead routing
SEO

Earning the top of the page.

A multi-year SEO programme built around the location + language page strategy. LITS now rank for hundreds of legal-translation terms across catchments and language pairs.

  • Many Location + language pages indexed
  • Steady Organic traffic growth
Marketing

Performance that compounds.

Google Ads campaigns tuned to high-intent legal-translation buyers: the kind of search where the lead is genuinely commercial and the campaigns can afford to be aggressive on bidding.

  • 10–15× Return on ad spend
Results

The headline numbers.

A legal translation business that has gone from a website doing very little to a digital operation pulling in 5–10 leads a day, and the internal scaffolding being built to absorb the demand.

  • 5–10/day Organic leads (from a couple per month)
  • 10×+ Overall lead growth vs pre-engagement
  • 10–15× Google Ads ROAS
  • Custom Linguist + client management app
  • Strong UK-wide search visibility
In their words

What the client said.

  • via Clutch ★★★★★

They're brilliant from a project management standpoint as we've always nurtured a good working relationship with them.

Our previous website was tired and weary. Adstract made the UX much more streamlined. We've seen a significant increase in submission forms and sales thanks to the fluidity of communication and process. They're highly responsive and easy to get hold of, whether by phone, email, or Zoom.
