Naming, brand, and a Rightmove + Zoopla-integrated custom platform for a Sheffield estate agency

We named and branded Peakstones from scratch, then designed and built them a complete custom website with direct integrations to Rightmove and Zoopla, so the team manage everything from one place. The back-end also includes bookings and inquiry management, with a full graphic-design system on top.

A whole estate agency stood up from a name, run from one platform.

The challenge

Peakstones was a new estate agency that did not yet exist as a brand. They needed everything: a name, a brand, a website, and a back-office platform that would let them run the business without buying into the bloated industry-standard tools.

Our approach

We named Peakstones, built the identity from scratch, and designed a custom website with direct integrations to Rightmove and Zoopla, so the team only ever has to publish a listing once. The back-end handles bookings and inquiries directly, and a print + collateral system covers the rest of the customer journey.

The brand system.

A grounded, considered identity: the kind a buyer trusts with their largest transaction. Stone-and-pine palette, restrained typography, and a mark that works across the website, brochures, and on a 'for sale' board outside a house.

A custom-designed website built around the property browser: fast search, clean listing pages, and the same listing data flowing through Rightmove and Zoopla without manual duplication.
