The challenge

Caring for Communities and People (CCP) deliver a wide breadth of programmes (housing, support, advocacy, community services) to vulnerable people. Their website needed to be accessible, calm, and easy to navigate for users in genuinely difficult moments.

Our approach

A full UX and UI design programme (wireframes, interaction patterns, and a complete component library) focused on accessibility, calm visual tone, and a navigation that maps directly onto how users actually search for the help they need.

Website

The website rebuild.

A full UX + UI design system for the new charity website: accessible by design, calm in tone, and structured around the breadth of services rather than the org chart.
